We offered over 1,800 personal sessions with professional stylists, and 2,900 beauty bar makeover sessions with beauty consultants which generated a 10.7% increase in Mall traffic.

Client Challenge

To generate awareness and stimulate sales among targeted Westfield Mall retailers.

Our Performance

We created and produced an 8-week long national experience called the Westfield Style Tour featuring fashion and beauty events. By staging “style closets” and “beauty bars” outside major retailers in Westfield Malls, our program helped assist Westfield with its fashion retail image to our desired audience. The environment was anchored by the “style stage” which served as the home to various fashion shows, presentations and entertainment—not to mention our celebrity host Stacy London from TLC’s What Not To Wear. Gift-with-purchase and enter-to-win promotions rounded out the tactics we used to spur immediate purchase.
