Interesting Fact
We worked with the Symantec marketing team and The Marvel Comic filmmakers to design and script the entire experience, including Facebook tab integration with interactive tour map and photo retrievals. We also executed a complete truck redesign midway into the tour (while still touring) as the agreement for the rights to Captain America imagery expired shortly after the movie premiere.
Client Challenge
Create a campaign to educate consumers about the growing threat of cybercrime to move them from apathy into action in defending themselves against cyber threats.
Our Performance
By creating an overarching theme linking Norton with the premiere of Marvel’s “Captain America” movie, we designed and managed a touring road show experience that immersed consumers into the brand in a fun and memorable experience. Our “consumer recruits” were motivated to complete their training and take our final exam to win Captain America prizes. We used Augmented Reality and data capture programming to drive consumers to a custom micro site to retrieve and share their content. As an “edu-tainment” platform, our tour has garnered a 97% completion rate among all attendees.
