Client Challenge
To rebrand the iconic NCAA Fan Festival and manage the five day event.
Our Performance
Repositioning this marquis event to make it more appealing to new sponsors, basketball fans and the community, allowed us to increase new sponsor participation and revenue for the event. We also managed every aspect of this program including: developing the overarching theme; executing the 3-on-3 community basketball tournament; designing event structures, ticketing, security, signage, audio-visual, staging, player appearances, show content, staffing as well as training the 1,700 person volunteer force.
